Privacy Policy

Overview

LaunchPix is an App Store and Play Store screenshot mockup generator. Your privacy matters — we collect minimal data and never sell personal information.

Data We Collect

• Images you upload — processed entirely on your device. We never upload, store, or transmit your screenshots to any server.
• App preferences — your selected device, template settings, and export count are stored locally on your device using localStorage (web) or app storage (native). This data never leaves your device unless you enable cloud sync.
• Analytics events — we collect anonymous usage events (e.g., export completed, device selected) through PostHog and Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and improve features. These events do not contain personally identifiable information.
• Crash reports — Firebase Crashlytics collects anonymous crash data (stack traces, device model, OS version) to help us fix bugs. No personal data is included.
• Payment information — purchases are processed by Stripe (web) or Apple/Google (native) through RevenueCat. We never see or store your credit card details. We receive only a confirmation of your purchase tier.

Cloud Sync (Pro Feature)

If you sign in with Google or Apple and have a Pro subscription, your saved templates are synced via Firebase Firestore. This data is stored securely under your user account and is only accessible by you. You can delete your synced data at any time by removing templates from the app.

Authentication

Sign-in is optional and only required for cloud sync. We use Firebase Authentication with Google and Apple sign-in. We store your user ID and email address solely to associate your synced templates with your account.

Data Retention

Local data persists until you clear your browser/app data. Analytics events are retained per the default retention policies of PostHog and Firebase. Cloud-synced templates are retained until you delete them or delete your account.

Children's Privacy

LaunchPix is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your Rights

You can clear all local data by clearing your browser storage or uninstalling the app. To request deletion of analytics data or synced templates, contact us at the email below.

We may update this policy as features evolve. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision.
